Community Update Regarding Our Upcoming IDO
Hey Nyan Army!
You may have seen yesterday that we announced the closing of our 7.5M Strategic round of financing with a group of incredible investors and angels. We are immensely grateful that our vision, our mission, and our community hold true to their value, even in turbulent market conditions. From the start, our goal has been to build a AAA gaming studio that is resilient in the face of short-term market swings and solidified as a long-term player in the gaming industry. We see this latest investment round as a testament to our ability to accomplish our goal.
While we were able to successfully close our round during this “bear” market, the Nyan Heroes leadership team has unanimously voted to postpone our IDO to a later date when market conditions will be more favorable. We did not make this decision in a vacuum. We have consulted team members, investors (both new and existing), advisors, moderator teams, and our community; the support for postponing the $NYN public sale was overwhelmingly positive and encouraged. We will continue to monitor market conditions and will update our communities as new information becomes available.
It is important to note that we are still committed to several of our other milestones, including the highly anticipated gameplay demo (leaked image below 😜). We have internally scheduled to drop it tomorrow and…we’re still going to drop it tomorrow! We are incredibly proud to share the actual gameplay and see no valid reason to hold it back. Our latest round of funding has secured us a strong runway despite current market conditions and the entire team will be heads-down and laser focused on bringing the best of AAA development to the world of blockchain. So expect more gameplay content over the coming months!
